Iriana Joko Widodo, the spouse of the President, along with several minister's wives from the Republic of Indonesia, visited Suroboyo Park on 26 Oct 2023 to participate in the Beach Cleaning and Ketapang Kencana Planting activities. The purpose of Iriana Joko Widodo's presence was to join the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries' Love of the Sea Month Program, which aims to raise awareness about the importance of the ocean. PlastiLoop Indonesia, as part of the event, showcased a booth that explained the process of recycling PET plastic bottles and highlighted the positive impact of reducing plastic waste on the ocean. We are honoured to be involved in such a significant event alongside Indonesia's First Lady, as we celebrate our shared love for the sea.
