CHALLENGE
Navigating PFAS Regulation
Effective 1 January 2026, Singapore's NEA framework prohibits firefighting foams (AFFF, AR-AFFF, FFFP and equivalents) exceeding strict PFAS thresholds, making non-compliant stocks an active legal liability across operational, training, testing and maintenance activities. Only NEA-licensed Toxic Industrial Waste operators are authorised to collect and process these waste streams — including foams, process water and PPE — within a fully documented and traceable framework. As Singapore's sole NEA-licensed PFAS operator, Veolia integrates this specialised treatment directly into your existing waste management infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational continuity across aerospace, marine, electronics and defence sectors.
